چکیده

Abstract The objective of this study was to optimize the analytical method for multi-class veterinary drug residues 64 compounds in fishery products. Several from drugs are banned or unauthorized products according Korean Food Code. Samples were extracted using acetonitrile/water (4:1, v/v) and clean-up step carried out by adding octadecylsilane acetonitrile-saturated hexane. target confirmed quantified liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS). proposed validated CODEX guidelines (CAC/GL-71), most found be acceptable quantities under requirements validation guidelines. recovery analytes typically 60–120% range, precision, expressed as coefficient variation less than 31% at all levels concentration. limit quantification ranged 0.03 3 μg kg −1 Moreover, application 96 real samples demonstrated that no exceeded maximum residue limits (MRLs). This evaluation provides reliable identification can an efficient means inspect currently not approved aquaculture Korea.

Multi-residue Determination of Polar Veterinary Drugs in Livestock and Fishery Products by Liquid Chromatography/Tandem Mass Spectrometry.

Residues of 37 polar veterinary drugs belonging to six families (quinolones, tetracyclines, macrolides, lincosamides, sulfonamides, and others) in livestock and fishery products were determined using a validated LC-MS/MS method. There were two key points in sample preparation. First, extraction was performed with two solutions of different polarity. Highly polar compounds were initially extract...

QSRR models of veterinary drugs in milk in ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled to time of flight mass spectrometry

The veterinary drugs residues are also important pollutants found in milk, since veterinary drugs are commonly used in cattle management. Considering the role of milk in human nutrition and its wide consumption throughout the world, it is very important to ensure the milk quality. A quantitative structure–retention relationship (QSRR) was developed using the partial least square (PLS), Kernel P...

Simultaneous Determination of Coumarin and Its Derivatives in Tobacco Products by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry.

In this paper an analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) for the determination of coumarin and its derivatives in tobacco products was developed. The MS/MS fragmentation pathways of the eight coumarins were elucidated. The new analytical method was defined based on two main axes, an extraction procedure with acetonitrile...

Simultaneous Analysis of Metabolite Residues from Degradation of Dithiocarbamates in Cereals Using Liquid Chromatography Coupled with Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Background and Objectives: Dithiocarbamates are groups of fungicides used to control pests of agricultural products. Analysis of these pesticides with liquid and gas chromatography instruments is associated with various problems due to the presence of metal groups in the structure of these compounds. Therefore, one of the ways for analysis the pesticides is to check the level of decomposition...
